LAUREL, NJ (January 6, 2014): Holman Automotive Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that Holman’s Vice President and General Counsel Katherine Andreola Mullin was honored as a Judge’s Choice Award Winner at the 2013 Corporate Counsel Awards hosted by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The Corporate Counsel Awards recognize in-house counsel who consistently exhibit exemplary skill, knowledge, leadership and business acumen, as well as a dedication to their community and to service. A ceremony honoring all of this year’s award winners was held at the Union League in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in December and it featured a keynote speech by United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.
Mullin joined Holman Automotive in 1991. In addition to her role as vice president and corporate counsel, she also serves both as a director and as assistant secretary to the company’s board. Prior to joining Holman, she was a partner with the law firm of Whitmore, Kay and Stevens in Palo Alto, California. She received her B.A. from Mt. Holyoke College in 1977 and her J.D. from Santa Clara Law School in 1982.
